Inleiding
NextSitExpert, opgericht op 01-01-2024 en gevestigd in Nederland, biedt freelance webdesign, social media en business services, waaronder het creëren van visuele content en multimedia-ontwerpen voor online en offline gebruik. Ik adviseer bedrijven en instellingen over hun online presentatie en platformkeuze en ondersteun hen bij het gebruik van communicatie-applicaties.

Ik hecht veel waarde aan de bescherming van persoonsgegevens en handel conform de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). In deze privacyverklaring leg ik uit welke gegevens ik verzamel, waarom ik deze verwerk en hoe ik de veiligheid van deze gegevens waarborg. Ik verwerk persoonsgegevens uitsluitend voor de volgende doeleinden:

Derde partijen en verwerkingsverantwoordelijkheid

NextSitExpert is geen gegevensverwerker en treedt niet op als hostingprovider. Ik bouw websites via platforms zoals GoDaddy en kan namens klanten e-mailaccounts aanmaken via GoDaddy, Google (Workspace), Microsoft (MC) en eventuele andere derde partijen. De verantwoordelijkheid voor het beheer, de beveiliging en de naleving van wetgeving rondom dataopslag en -beheer ligt volledig bij jou als klant.

Ik verwijs klanten naar de privacyverklaringen van deze externe partijen:

• Google Privacybeleid
• Microsoft Privacybeleid
• En andere eventueel door de klant gekozen externe partijen

Ik ben niet aansprakelijk voor dataverlies, beveiligingslekken of juridische claims die voortvloeien uit het gebruik van diensten van deze externe partijen.
